Cancellation and refunds Effective 2 November 2026 Email help@360compliance.co.uk with your name, order reference and request. Statutory consumer rights remain protected. 1 Cancelling a distance or off-premises service order For a service contract made online, by telephone or off our business premises, you can normally cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until the end of the fourteenth calendar day after the contract date. Email help@360compliance.co.uk as our official channel, with your name, order reference and a clear cancellation statement. The optional form in the Cancellation and refunds policy may be emailed. However, where legislation permits cancellation by another clear statement or channel, we will honour it; an email-only preference does not restrict that right. A longer statutory cancellation period applies where required cancellation information was not supplied. 2 Asking us to start during the cancellation period We will normally wait until the cancellation period expires. If you want an earlier start, we ask for a separate express request before work begins. If you then cancel before completion, a lawful charge may be made for the proportion of the service actually supplied up to cancellation, based on the agreed total price or a reasonable market value where required. We cannot make that charge where the relevant information or express request was missing. Your service cancellation right ends on full performance during that period only if you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence in advance. A request to start is not an immediate blanket waiver. 3 Downloads and portal access Tailored consultancy is not automatically exempt from cancellation simply because documents are personalised or emailed. If a separately identified purchase is digital content supplied without a physical medium and you want immediate delivery, we obtain your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of that item’s cancellation right when supply starts, and confirm this by email. That consent is separate from an early-start request for consultancy. Ongoing portal access and any bundled service elements need their own classification and subscription terms; a digital-content consent does not waive all rights across a mixed package. 4 Cancellation after the cooling-off period Email help@360compliance.co.uk promptly if you want to end one-off work. We stop avoidable work and explain any reasonable charge for work already supplied and any fair, unavoidable loss directly caused by cancellation, taking account of saved costs and mitigation. We do not automatically retain the full fee for undelivered one-off work. Portal subscriptions follow the separate minimum-term and notice provisions in the Subscription terms, subject to consumer rights. Nothing restricts remedies arising from our breach. 5 Refunds and problems with the service For a valid statutory cancellation, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after you inform us, subject only to deductions permitted by law. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund administration fee. If our service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to repeat performance without additional charge or an appropriate price reduction, subject to the legal conditions. Any legally required refund deadline takes precedence over an internal review process. 6 Appointments Email help@360compliance.co.uk to request an appointment change. Our scheduling policy allows cancellation or rescheduling without a scheduling charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice or a missed appointment, any charge reflects the actual reasonable loss we cannot avoid and does not exceed the appointment fee. Consumer statutory cancellation rights take priority, including any legally permitted method of notice. If we cancel, we offer a suitable replacement or refund the fee for the appointment not delivered. A free initial consultation does not require a blog subscription. Choosing not to subscribe or later unsubscribing does not create a charge. 7 Business one-off cancellations A business client has no general contractual fourteen-day cooling-off period under these business terms. For one-off consultancy services, email cancellation to help@360compliance.co.uk. Before work starts, advance fees are refunded less separately agreed and genuinely non-recoverable third-party commitments. After work starts, the client pays the fair value of work supplied up to cancellation and agreed unavoidable costs, allowing for savings and mitigation. We provide an itemised calculation without double recovery. Any refund balance is processed within 14 calendar days of cancellation. This one-off cancellation policy does not give a right to walk away from a portal minimum-term commitment; portal subscriptions follow the Subscription terms. 8 Portal minimum terms and notice Business portal customers commit to the full agreed minimum-term price, subject to lawful termination rights and the Subscription terms. After the minimum term, the portal continues monthly and requires one calendar month’s notice by email to help@360compliance.co.uk. Notice may be given in advance; the effective end is no earlier than minimum-term expiry or one calendar month after receipt, whichever is later. Consumer statutory rights take priority. Read the Subscription terms for final-period proration, access and collection arrangements. 9 Optional consumer cancellation form To: help@360compliance.co.uk, 360COMPLIANCE LTD.
