Requirements for this service

Unlicensed cannabis-based medicinal products require appropriate specialist prescribing oversight.
Prepare clear arrangements for monitoring, shared care and communication with other clinicians.
Use the applicable online-primary-care requirements if consultations are delivered remotely.

Registration depends on your activities, legal entity and service model. Confirm the applicable submission checklist before applying. Keep additional assessment evidence ready; do not send documents CQC has not requested.
