1 Choose the terms for your purchase
Business terms apply to organisations and individuals buying wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes. Consumer terms apply to an individual buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Your purpose and actual circumstances determine which applies; paying in a personal name does not decide this by itself.
2 Your accepted order
Your accepted order confirms the contracting customer and supplier, services and selected options, scope, fees, timetable and any subscription commitment. These general terms and the applicable accepted order form the agreement. A package-builder plan or payment acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. We send express acceptance by email.
3 Official email channel
Use help@360compliance.co.uk for routine instructions, approvals, complaints and contractual notices. Business notice requirements are explained in the Business terms. Where consumer law allows another method of cancellation or notice, that statutory right remains available.
4 Portal commitments
Portal subscriptions have the minimum term and total commitment stated in the accepted order. Business customers remain committed to the full minimum-term price subject to legal termination rights. The portal then continues on a rolling monthly basis with one calendar month’s notice to end. Consumer statutory rights and fairness rules remain protected.
5 Effective date and existing clients
Version 2026-11-02.1, effective for new contracts accepted from 2 November 2026 where these terms are incorporated before acceptance. Publication does not retrospectively alter an existing client’s contract or create a new logo permission for an earlier purchase.
6 Current payment availability
Online payments remain unavailable while the Revolut connection is completed and tested. Customers can configure support and contact us to agree their order. These terms do not enable a payment or subscription collection.
