1 Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you are an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Buying in your own name does not by itself make you a consumer. We will ask about the purpose of your purchase; your legal status depends on the facts, not simply a tick box. Business purchases are covered by the Business terms.
2 Who we are
360COMPLIANCE LTD, company number 10539118, VAT number 388229357. Registered office: 154 Manor Park Road, London, England, NW10 4JR. Email: help@360compliance.co.uk. Telephone: +44 20 8111 1818. Website: https://www.360compliance.co.uk.
3 Your order and contract
Your order summary identifies the service, selected options and quantities, deliverables, exclusions, revisions or meetings included, delivery arrangements and total price. You may correct your selection before ordering. A package-builder plan, enquiry, payment receipt or automated acknowledgement is not our acceptance. The contract begins when we send an order-acceptance email expressly confirming that we accept your order. You may withdraw an unaccepted order. If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full without undue delay and within 14 calendar days.
4 Our work and your responsibilities
We provide the agreed consultancy and document services with reasonable care and skill. You provide accurate service information, relevant evidence, timely answers and approval of drafts. We explain any missing information and its effect on the work. You remain responsible for your service, factual declarations, implementing policies and deciding what to submit to CQC. We do not promise registration, a particular rating, approval by another body or a decision date. This does not reduce our responsibility for performing the agreed work properly.
5 Prices and payment
Customer-facing prices include VAT. The order summary separates one-off and recurring charges and shows any minimum term and total minimum financial commitment. Regulator fees and separately agreed travel or third-party costs are excluded only where clearly identified before you order. We do not charge an extra item without your express agreement. One-off fees are payable in advance unless the accepted order states a staged arrangement. Recurring subscriptions require a separate payment authorisation and their own clear schedule.
6 Delivery and changes
The order states the agreed timetable and when it starts. Our registration preparation target is ten working days for the agreed scope once required information and approvals are available; this is separate from CQC’s timetable. We explain delays and agree revised dates where appropriate. We do not add work, change the price or replace a material deliverable without your agreement. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we explain the available remedy, including a refund for services not supplied where appropriate. Your statutory remedies remain available.
7 Cancelling a distance or off-premises service order
For a service contract made online, by telephone or off our business premises, you can normally cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until the end of the fourteenth calendar day after the contract date. Email help@360compliance.co.uk as our official channel, with your name, order reference and a clear cancellation statement. The optional form in the Cancellation and refunds policy may be emailed. However, where legislation permits cancellation by another clear statement or channel, we will honour it; an email-only preference does not restrict that right. A longer statutory cancellation period applies where required cancellation information was not supplied.
8 Asking us to start during the cancellation period
We will normally wait until the cancellation period expires. If you want an earlier start, we ask for a separate express request before work begins. If you then cancel before completion, a lawful charge may be made for the proportion of the service actually supplied up to cancellation, based on the agreed total price or a reasonable market value where required. We cannot make that charge where the relevant information or express request was missing. Your service cancellation right ends on full performance during that period only if you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence in advance. A request to start is not an immediate blanket waiver.
9 Downloads and portal access
Tailored consultancy is not automatically exempt from cancellation simply because documents are personalised or emailed. If a separately identified purchase is digital content supplied without a physical medium and you want immediate delivery, we obtain your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of that item’s cancellation right when supply starts, and confirm this by email. That consent is separate from an early-start request for consultancy. Ongoing portal access and any bundled service elements need their own classification and subscription terms; a digital-content consent does not waive all rights across a mixed package.
10 Cancellation after the cooling-off period
Email help@360compliance.co.uk promptly if you want to end one-off work. We stop avoidable work and explain any reasonable charge for work already supplied and any fair, unavoidable loss directly caused by cancellation, taking account of saved costs and mitigation. We do not automatically retain the full fee for undelivered one-off work. Portal subscriptions follow the separate minimum-term and notice provisions in the Subscription terms, subject to consumer rights. Nothing restricts remedies arising from our breach.
11 Refunds and problems with the service
For a valid statutory cancellation, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after you inform us, subject only to deductions permitted by law. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund administration fee. If our service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to repeat performance without additional charge or an appropriate price reduction, subject to the legal conditions. Any legally required refund deadline takes precedence over an internal review process.
12 Appointments
Email help@360compliance.co.uk to request an appointment change. Our scheduling policy allows cancellation or rescheduling without a scheduling charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice or a missed appointment, any charge reflects the actual reasonable loss we cannot avoid and does not exceed the appointment fee. Consumer statutory cancellation rights take priority, including any legally permitted method of notice. If we cancel, we offer a suitable replacement or refund the fee for the appointment not delivered. A free initial consultation does not require a blog subscription. Choosing not to subscribe or later unsubscribing does not create a charge.
13 Documents confidentiality and liability
Once the agreed fees are paid, you may use the supplied documents for the purpose and service identified in your order. Existing templates, software and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; resale or distribution to unrelated organisations is not included. We protect confidential information and use it to perform the contract, subject to lawful disclosures. Do not send patient or other sensitive personal data unless a suitable secure process has first been agreed. We are responsible for losses for which the law makes us liable. Nothing excludes statutory consumer rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13A Logos for individual consumers
A personal consumer purchase does not automatically authorise us to publish a person’s identity or a third party’s logo. If a consumer is authorised to license an organisation’s logo and wants it displayed, we obtain separate written permission. No service purchased, fee or commercially confidential detail is disclosed through that permission.
14 Complaints and disputes
Email help@360compliance.co.uk with your order reference and concern. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and respond substantively within ten working days, or explain the next update date. Email is the official channel for routine instructions, approvals, complaints and contractual notices. We may ask for an email record of a telephone or WhatsApp discussion, but do not make a valid statutory consumer notice ineffective merely because it used another legally permitted channel. If unresolved, we explain any applicable dispute-resolution route without claiming membership of an unconfirmed scheme. English and Welsh law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the court rights available where they live.
Questions, privacy requests or official notices? Email help@360compliance.co.uk with your order reference. Publication does not change an existing client agreement retrospectively.
