What should I know about policies and ongoing support?

The policy service is a separate subscription alongside your one-off preparation fee. Initial CQC registration policies are included in Registration, even without a portal subscription. Complete has a 12-month minimum term and Ultimate a 24-month minimum term. Both continue monthly at the same rate after that term until cancelled. Confirm portal access, update arrangements, cancellation notice and access after cancellation in your written agreement before payment.

Every registration package includes WhatsApp support, a dedicated application manager, video consultation anytime, responses to all CQC queries and an end-to-end registration service. The ongoing operational policy subscription and optional interview Q&A with a preparatory call remain separately selectable.

BUILD YOUR OWN PACKAGE

Would you prefer a custom combination?

Select any of these services. The same individual service prices apply, with no additional custom-package fee. Select the exact Plus, Complete or Ultimate combination to receive its package discount automatically.

Already have a business plan or ongoing policy service, or obtaining them elsewhere? Leave those extras out. Initial registration policies are included when you select Registration. Any documents required for your application are still needed, even when you do not buy them from us. Interview preparation remains optional.

Your basket uses the same item prices, eligible package discount and first-month subscription arrangement. Online payment remains unavailable until Stripe is connected and tested.

YOUR STARTING CHECKLIST

5What You Need
to Get Started

To keep your preparation on track, your dedicated application manager will collect:

Business & Management Details

Your legal entity details, premises address, proposed key roles and the service you intend to provide.

Registered Manager’s CV

Detailed employment history, relevant care qualifications and experience.

Relevant Enhanced DBS Evidence

The applicable Enhanced DBS certificate details or evidence for applicants who need a CQC registration check. Your manager will explain which checks apply.

Working time is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time, excluding England/Wales bank holidays. Waiting for your information or approval is paused. DBS processing and CQC’s decision are outside our preparation target.

YOUR OPERATIONAL POLICY LIBRARY

6Which policies help you
run your service?

236policies & supporting documents
12 categories

Explore our social care policy index by category. Select a category to see its documents; select it again to close the list.

When should you arrange your operational policies?

Arrange your operational policies well before your CQC interview, so you and your Registered Manager have time to read the relevant documents, familiarise yourselves with them and understand how they apply to your service.

Registration includes your initial CQC registration policies. The separate Policy Management Portal subscription provides access to the wider operational library and ongoing updates. You can also arrange suitable operational policies elsewhere.

7Frequently Asked
Questions

Are registration policies included?

Yes. Core and every higher registration package include initial CQC registration policies. The separate Policy Management Portal provides the wider operational library and ongoing updates.

Can I use a business plan or policies I already have?

Yes. Choose only the extra services you need. We discuss the suitability of your existing documents within your agreed scope; application requirements still apply.

How do the subscription terms work?

Complete has a 12-month minimum term and Ultimate a 24-month minimum term. Each has its own first-month and ongoing rate, shown in the price comparison. Both continue monthly at the same rate after the minimum term until cancelled.

Does the 10-day target mean I will be registered in 10 days?

No. It is our target for active document preparation from your recorded agreed payment. Client information and review waits are paused. CQC controls its assessment and registration decision.

Is interview preparation included in every package?

General video consultations are included with registration. The Interview Q&A and Video Preparatory Call are an additional selected service, included in Ultimate or added through the custom builder.

Can I pay or book online now?

You can review a package and its prices. Payments and booking are not active until the account connections and tests are complete. You can contact a consultant on WhatsApp.
